Art as a way of life
Pati Varela has been an artist for 15 years. She has a Bachelors degree in Art with a concentration in drawing from Montclair State University and a Masters degree in Art Therapy from Marywood University. Throughout the years, the artist continues to experiment with different media. Among her favorite materials to use are colored pencils, graphite, ballpoint, acrylic paint and mixed media. The artist has exhibited her work in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. She also enjoys completing commissions especially portraits.
